Genius Gadgets specializes in 3D-printed solutions for everyday needs, including custom silhouettes, charging stands, card holders, rifle mounts, and more. Our products are designed for personal use only and cannot be resold or commercially distributed without written permission.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments for secure transactions.
  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Exchange only within 14 days of delivery. No refunds.
  • Digital Downloads: No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • Other Items: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds after this period.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States using standard and expedited services.
  • Processing times vary per product; estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.
  • Genius Gadgets is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or incorrect address information.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and branding elements are owned by Genius Gadgets.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our designs without prior authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Genius Gadgets is not liable for misuse, unintended applications, or modifications of our 3D-printed products.
  • We make every effort to ensure product quality, but slight variations in texture or color are normal in 3D printing.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except for order fulfillment purposes.

8. Amendments to Terms

  • Genius Gadgets reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
  • Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
